Onedigram provides digital product development, SaaS setup, and technical management solutions.

1. Scope of Services

We deliver consulting, technical implementation, and support for SaaS and AI-based products. Each engagement is defined by a custom proposal.

2. Payment

All payments are agreed upon before the project starts. Work begins after the initial deposit. Milestone payments are non-refundable once that milestone is delivered.

3. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of Onedigram until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details.

5. Liability

Onedigram is not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
