All Onedigram services are digital and custom-tailored.
Refunds are available only if:
- Work has not yet started, or
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
Once project work begins, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Subscription-based Services
Subscription-based services (such as technical management or hosting) can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.

- لم يتم بدء العمل بعد.
- تم الدفع مرتين بالخطأ.
بعد بدء المشروع، لا يمكن استرداد دفعات المراحل المنفذة.

يمكن إلغاء الاشتراكات (مثل خدمات الإدارة التقنية أو الاستضافة) في أي وقت قبل الدورة الشهرية التالية.
